AI is becoming a helpful accessory in the business world but as it stands regarding artwork creation we still see AI as your cousin's flakey friend who knows their way around Photoshop but isn't always reliable and doesn't create consistent results. Humans are needed to pull all of your branding together in a cohesive manner, create vector logos that can be easily read and correctly printed, and be the manager of your promotions and scheduling. AI doesn't have the pulse on your business. It doesn't know your clients, local culture, and what is required to help you grow. (Fact: Did you know AI pulls artwork it finds on the internet in order to work something up for your prompts? So what you are creating isn't truly original, it's already out there somewhere.)

 

We encourage you to keep learning new technologies and how they can help your business run a little easier, but please continue to support the creative arts! What we do is a craft that a computer just can't match.

Regarding volunteers, they are well-meaning and generous and not for profits could not function without them, but with so many people having their hands on various projects, it has been our experience that the files are convoluted, incorrect, missing, stored on someone's computer who is no longer with the organization, and on and on. Assets and logos are difficult to track down and this becomes extremely frustrating when the not-for-profit is trying to plan an event or promotion. For just a few hours a month, even not for profits can afford our fractional professional services, ensuring your artwork is accurate, organized and available when you need it.​​
